Dodie’s precious dog TRIXIE and Cancer

by , under Testimonials
Dodie's precious dog TRIXIE and Cancer

My niece, Dodie, can't bring herself to write the story of her baby, a twelve
year old Trixie, a Snauzer (sp ?). Therefore, I'm attempting.

At a regular exam as the verterinarian was checking Trixie's teeth, the vet
declared there was cancer in the dog's mouth. The cancer had progressed to the
point that the diagnosis was perhaps four months to live, at the most six
months.

Dodie was just pulling thru her round of surgery from a brain tumor the size of
a small tangerine. Dodie began drinking Limu and also gave Trixie an ounce in
the moring and an ounce in the evening. Trixie's energy increased to that
(almost) of a young dog. Even with very few teeth left and the cancer mouth,
Trixie preferred her hard dog food and ate with a good appetite.

One year later, Trixie finally began showing signs of slowing down and continued
living even a few months longer. The added time of Trixie's life, agility,
energy, and just being there with Dodie made every ounce of Limu worth while.

With her degrees in the laboratory field of medicines, she is head of a number
of laboratories for oncologists in the Dallas/Ft Worth area. Two separate vets
who cared for Trixie each were amazed with how well Trixie came along.

Dodie is forever grateful to have been able to share her Limu with her only
"child".

With an update on Dodie, and several years past her surgery, Dodie's
last cancer test shows no signs of cancer in her body. Praise God.

Limu is not a drug and it has not been evaluated by the FDA. It is simply a
dietary supplement and is not intended to diagnose, cure nor treat any illness
nor disease. While your body may experience amazing positive health responses
when you feed it the right nutritional building blocks, and there is inded
reliable scientific evidence supporting the beneficial effects that limu's
ingredients have on the immune system and numerous other biological functions,
there is insufficient scientific evidence to support some of the specific
therapeutic results reported by users of the product. We therefore promote the
product for its benefit on the immune system but we do not, and you must not,
promote the product on the basis that it will cure, prevent nor treat any
disease.

I can’t quite grasp the intergration of modules, blocks, scripting, includes, etc. But… I am going to do it. Just give it some time. Here’s the site by the way Drink-Limu.com

Time for a Little History

by , under General

Well, now that I have set up a blog and am tying to figure out what the hell to do, I am learning what is available (plugins, etc. ) and how to use them, I am feeling a little less anxiety. After setting up a very LARGE website hosting account (very affordable though) through Bluehost several months back and thinking I was going to take the internet by storm, I realized things had progressed tremendously from when I was first learning html back in 1995. Back then, there were only a few ways to write your own code. Now there are litterally thousands of pre-written setups to make it easier to develop a good site. The thing is, it takes just as much time now to shift through all of this stuff and figure out how things intergrate as it did for me to write several web pages back in ’95. Whew, this is going to take a while.

Ayway, back in ’95, I quickly realized the internet was going to be a HUGE wordwide market place. I knew I could make a comfortable living. I just had to figure oout a way to do it. I have always had the entreprenueral spirit and wanted to be my own boss. For years I have been in volved in MLM’s, vitamin products, telephone cards, etc. You name and I had probably done it. But, I was also trying to work a “day” job and do all these things on the side and I never quite made the “breakthrough” into self funded financial independance. Plus, I got married in 1995. Marriage changes everything, LOL.

I have always believed that everything happens for a reason. I never quit my day job because it had good benefits. Sure enough, within a year of getting married, my wife was assaulted on the job by a customer. This kicked off some serious emotional issues and my wife became ill. We spent the next four years in and out of hospitals. Prescriptions, doctor visits, and hospitalizations all add up to some very large bills, almost $50 grand worth, and thats AFTER insurance payments! I swear, it seems even orderly’s charge for taking a patient back and forth between rooms, LOL. Oh, but the insurance company was SO helpful. Yeah right. I had to prove damn near every single claim and even threaten sending a lawyer after them on a couple of occassions.

Well, it took almost 7 years to pay off all those bills. But I did it. Unfortunately, I had to put my internet intentions on hold. I had way too many irons in the fire and very little time to tend them. Also during those years, my self-esteem dropped to nearly nothing as my faith in god and why I was getting all of this pain and heart ache in my life. All the while I kept remebering what my MOm and Grandmother had always taught me, “What does kill you, just makes you stronger”. I am now the unofficial Superman. LOL

Ok. Back to the internet thing. After so many years of being away from the cyber world of coding, I started playing flight simulators on line. I have gotten to know great people all over the world and several of them are pretty good at this type of stuff. I have also stayed in a couple of side businesses (and a couple of mirrored affiliate sites) during all of this time. Suddenly one day the light flicked back on. I realized I was sitting right in front of the biggest individualized business opportunity of all time. That’s when I signed up with Blue Host and decided to get back into the web building stuff.

Getting into The world of Blog

by , under General

Ok, so I finally relented and set up a blog on Drink-Limu. The ironic thing is that I had to reinstall EVRYTHING on the main site because I did a Stupid thing by backing everything up incorrectly. Hey what can I say, I learned something from it. Especially given the fact that I have not worked on coding and website building from over 8 years. I am sure anyone that reads this (if there is anyone) will have some creative critique for me. Bring it. I am always ready to learn something new.

As we move forward, I will up date this blog and fill you in on who I am and why I am doing this. For starters, let’s be realistic: I WANT TO MAKE MONEY :P !! We all do. Anyone that says they are just publishing on the net to “make a statment” is not being truthful to themselves. They are hoping to build something and that they may eventually make good money at it. I am more pragmatic than that. I will tell you up front, I WANT TO MAKE MONEY.

That being said, this ends my first post. Will write more soon.
